the nameArch-Intel = Architectural Intelligence > To capture and document the intelligence that makes an architectural office work, and thus provide a training platform which the next generation of architects can utilize to more fully prepare to carry the profession into the future.
the conceptThis site was originally conceived as a training portal for students of
architecture that were looking for a Revit training resource that was more than a haphazard collection of video clips covering how to use the various tools within the software; as such, the training emphasis here, is on how to integrate Revit into real world operations within the architectural office. While the original concept is still a focus of this site it has evolved to capture and disseminate the practical experience of professional architects, extending beyond the technical tools and venturing into aspects of architectural operations. In order to capture the varied and comprehensive experiences in architecture this site is intended to grow through an expanded contributor base of registered architects, A.I.T.'s (Architectural Interns in Training) and students of architecture still in college. ................................................................................ckilgore 5.16.12 |
